•  Women in Engineering (WIE), IEEE Silchar Subsection, collaboration with the National Institute of Technology, Manipur and National Institute of Technology, Silchar, organized a 5-Day Online International Workshop titled “Women in Engineering: Exploring Emerging Technologies for a Smarter Future” from 1-5th December, 2025 was convened by Dr. Shuma Adhikari and Dr. Ashwini D Manchalwar at NIT Manipur in EE Department.
• Short Term Training Program (STTP) “Research Trends and Advancement of Power Electronics Converter for Photovoltaic and Electric Vehicle Systems ” Co-ordinated by Dr. Benjamin A Shimray & Dr. Manash Kumar Mishra   from 26th Aug. -30th Aug. 2024.
• One-week Short Term Training Programme (STTP) in Hybrid Mode On "Recent Trends in Modelling and Control of Grid interfaced Photovoltaic and Electric Vehicle Systems" from 30th Oct-3rd Nov. 2023  Coordinator Dr. Manash Kumar Mishra and Dr. Kundan Kumar.
